Natural Health Basics

It's easy to see that mainstream medicine is big on prescriptions, tests, treatments and surgery. The powers that be control it all - regulatory agencies, pharmaceutical companies, the clinical studies allowed to be published, what doctors are taught and are allowed to offer, etc. Typically, drugs prescribed come with numerous side effects and will not solve your problem, leading to further drugs, treatments and tests and eventually surgery. Your suffering is their profit. It is becoming less and less-known that the body, when it's organs are clean and it's given the proper nutrition, can cure any disease or affliction. It's true, but you can't get a prescription for food, herbs or other treatments that are as or more effective than drugs and surgery, yet are much more inexpensive and have few to no side effects.

So many effective therapies have been suppressed it's impossible to list them all. Some of the most exciting are:

Royal Rife technology - Like an opera singer shatters a wine glass with her voice, specific frequencies are broadcast electromagnetically, disabling targeted organisms with sympathetic resonance with no harm to surrounding healthy untargeted cells. Rife showed, in the presence of many top men in medicine, 100% success on 16 cases of advanced cancer over a period of 3 months. Consider that this was discovered in the 1930's and we've had the absolutely barbaric treatment of chemotherapy forced upon us by the powers that be since that time. Of course, treating parasites, viruses and tumors even in this highly-effective way is still treating symptoms. Detoxification and nutrition should be the base of any therapy if you're looking for lasting results.

Ionic colloidal silver - Nature's antibiotic, silver is said to kill upwards of 650 organisms, whereas prescribed antibiotics target less than a dozen or so. Your body is very familiar with silver - it knows how to use it and knows how to flush it out. Taken in moderation there is very little danger. Thousands upon thousands of people take ionic silver regularly. The best generators use constant current to keep particles small. This results in a clearer more bio-available solution that is more effective at lower PPM. Selenium helps your body remove silver, so make sure you eat foods that contain it if you take silver regularly for long periods to help avoid any possible complications. I've seen it said that silver in higher doses can cure "incurable diseases" such as HPV or HIV. Apparently the trick is to saturate your body. You will get a rash once you reach the threshold, at which point you should reduce dosage slightly and stay near saturation for a period of time. Some people take an ounce or more a day as a "maintenance dose". This is said to increase your resistance to infection. There are stories of people surviving extreme burns from house fires due to taking colloidal silver regularly. I think it's plausible. Personally, I only use it when I feel like my immune system needs some help or I just want to complement antiviral foods and herbs. I use 10-12ppm colloidal silver, a mouthful or two a day (hold it for several minutes and swallow slowly) for just a few days.

Oxygen / Ozone / Hydrogen Peroxide Therapy - Your body knows how to deal with active oxygen better than any virus does. (That's what anti-oxidants are for) These relatively safe therapies are very powerful and have been shown in studies to reduce and eliminate serious problems. You could theoretically flood your body with oxygen just by breathing more heavily, but it's not quite the same as taking 'singlet oxygen', such as released from o3 (ozone) or h2o2 (hydrogen peroxide). Taking oral hydrogen peroxide has the ability to double your metabolism and is said to supercharge your immune system and flush out stagnant pathways. As with silver, some claim oxygen therapies are very powerful against "incurable diseases". Some consider singlet oxygen a free radical while others claim the body can utilize it. I believe healthy cells can resist oxidation, while viruses and unhealthy cells cannot. It's not something to be abused, but I feel safer using it than any pharmaceutical. Ozone is in the atmosphere and is created during lightning strikes. Commercial applications include mold shock treatment, air purification, water purification and more. Hydrogen peroxide rains down on us all the time. For respiratory flu & cold, I often use low-percent food grade h2o2 (.25-1%) in a nasal spray for a few hours, along with antiviral foods and oils, and don't stay sick for long. You can use hydrogen peroxide to gently oxidize and remove moles and warts, but keep in mind these are often the result of an underlying fungus, pollutant, detoxification or nutritional problem and will only return. Since the 1930s there is a simple supplement composed of magnesium bound with ozone. This delivers a huge amount of active oxygen to your digestive tract, intestines and colon. Once these are clean, your body starts taking up loads of oxygen. This supplement was very popular, but has been suppressed. The original was Homozon. Knock-offs available today include OxyFlush, BiOxy, Oxy Powder, etc. If you have digestion problems, bloating or constipation try these out as I believe they are safer than herbal cleansers, especially ones containing the herb senna which should be completely avoided. Bioelectrification - Zappers and blood electrifiers cause a micro-current to run through your veins and body fluids (not as good for targeting internal organs). This is said to disable viruses, parasites and fungus in the blood stream. "Clean" blood can then go back to where it's needed and return for the process to repeat. I tried a zapper strapped to my feet all night for over a week, but it didn't do much, although you can definitely feel the electricity pulsing through your veins. Perhaps it doesn't work as effectively as it was stated, or perhaps my liver and kidney needed to be cleaned first or I didn't need that type of treatment. I have heard better things about Dr Beck's protocol which includes blood electrification at a higher voltage.

Vitamin C - Essential for your immune system to synthesize hydrogen peroxide. Mega-doses of vitamin C have been shown to stop flus, colds, cancer and more.

Vitamin D - Very important to our immune function vitamin D is normally created by the skin when exposed to sunlight. Taken in winter months vitamin D is said to greatly reduce influenza susceptibility.

Body Detoxification - Cleansing parasites and your elimination organs the colon, kidneys and liver can dramatically improve your health. Many people have high levels of heavy metals and should consider heavy metal detoxification. Persistent health issues, allergies, asthma, warts, moles, acne and more can all disappear once you give your body the edge it needs to turn things around.

Dental Clean-up - It is highly recommended to have "silver amalgam" fillings removed, as they are constantly pumping mercury vapor into your body which accumulates in your liver and brain. Before having these fillings removed, look for a mercury detoxification or mercury filling removal protocol to make sure it's done properly and to make sure your body can get rid of the extra mercury added by the procedure (sadly, removal often causes further exposure).

Nutrition, Vitamin & Mineral Deficiency - If you are suffering from poor health, it could be as simple as a lack of a vitamin, mineral or trace mineral. These are often missing in today's food, as much is grown without proper respect to remineralization of the soil. When shopping for supplements, look for a good liquid or preferably a plant-based solution. Wax-pressed pills have very low bio-availability - if they must be taken, crush them. Plants are much more likely to have high bio-availability compared to synthetic solutions, as they have properly absorbed the minerals from the soil through natural processes, hopefully involving worms and bugs. Common deficiencies today are omega 3 oils (we now eat far more omega 6 than 3), potassium (we now eat far more sodium than potassium), magnesium (we now eat far more calcium than magnesium), among others. You should get most of your vitamins and minerals from food, but there are some supplements that are worthwhile. For example, omega-3 fish oil won't contain any of the mercury found in fish.

Know Foods that Heal and Foods that Kill.

Alkalize - Ive come to understand that most if not all disease thrives in an acidic environment. This should in fact be one of your primary lines of defense against all disease. Alkalization can stop cancer in its tracks, as shown by Royal Rife who viewed live viruses at extraordinary magnifications. (Yes, he could SEE a virus that caused cancer) Search for alkalizing food charts or take organic apple cider vinegar regularly (I wonder why it's the top home remedy on EarthClinic?).

Eat the right food for your blood type - People have reported effortlessly losing weight and solving other health problems based on this scientific recommendation.

Filter your water properly. There's a high chance your water contains hundreds of unwanted drugs, pesticides, estrogens, not to mention what they admit to putting in on purpose. Chlorine & fluoride should be avoided. It's not difficult or expensive to solve the problem. Through my research I have learned that filtration is the best solution. With distillation, harmful chemicals can have a lower boiling point than water. With reverse osmosis, many contaminants are missed as the water is in contact with the filter media for a very short time. I would recommend a solid filter (plus fluoride filter) or sand-based filter. Shower filters should be used to remove chlorine. The amount of chlorine absorbed and inhaled during a hot shower can equal 50% of your chlorine intake for a day, even if you were to drink a lot of tap water. Filter the water or take cool showers to limit exposure. Your hair and skin will thank you!

If you have circulation or cardiovascular problems, arterial plaque, narrowing arteries and/or high blood pressure, the all-powerful CAYENNE is what you want to load up on. Note that the active ingredient "capsicum" is what you're looking for. While there is a pepper named cayenne it is not very hot. When you buy "cayenne" at the health store, it is not necessarily cayenne pepper, but a variety of peppers containing capsicum. But why pay for pills when you can find it on the grocery store shelf? Ask a clerk for the hottest peppers they have. If you have serious cardiovascular problems, eat peppers until you're sweating - do this as much as possible throughout the day. Your circulatory systems will go into overdrive, not to mention you'll be getting a lot of vitamins A and C. It is said that taking cayenne greatly enhances and aids the delivery of other nutrients, such as antivirals like garlic. I tend to believe this. I purchased some 100,000 HU cayenne pills. I don't recommend swallowing them whole as the cayenne will be released in one spot, which can be uncomfortable. If you do take pills, take them with food. I open the pill and mix with plain (filtered) water. I'm sure you can easily find some other recipes. Sip slowly. Enjoy the heat. Many herbalists keep powerful cayenne tincture with them at all times just in case they find someone having a heart attack or stroke. Cayenne administered immediately has been shown to prevent short and long term damage and promote a very quick recovery.

My Flu Protocol

I've been hanging around sick people non-stop and so far my general cold and flu protocol has worked. When I feel the tickle of a virus in my sinuses I'll do a few simple things.

1. Avoid protein for a few hours. If really sick, avoid longer. Try to eat real food for vitamins rather than take pills or juice loaded with sugar. Eat an orange or two for vitamin C, maybe a tomato or some hot peppers for vitamins A & C and circulation, get some sunshine for vitamin D. Make a delicious spicy tomato tea, loaded with garlic, vegetable juice, lemon and hot/cayenne pepper. Drink super-hot, inhaling the fumes as much as possible.

2. 0.25%-1% food grade hydrogen peroxide spray nasally. A blast or two always seems to help. If really plugged, use the higher concentration and lay down so it can sit next to your sinuses. It's safe to swallow and shouldn't stain your clothes. Gross story. I was really plugged and had been using a lot of 1%. I loaded up before bed and went to sleep and woke up to blow my nose and out came a blood clot. I think the virus was feeding on it in my sinuses, because since then I have not been unmanageably plugged or sick! Now, I find the 1% a little strong. I recommend 0.5% or less for general use. Listen to your body. If your nose is clear and starting to feel a little 'over-oxygenated', you're done, stop spraying. You shouldn't need more for several hours if at all.

3. A little Oil of Oregano seems to make short work of respiratory cold & flu. At full strength of 95% or more it is an extremely potent antiviral. One drop under the tongue, hold for a few minutes (don't swish or it will get on your taste buds - it's really bitter when it hits them full strength) and swallow slowly. Repeat as desired. You will feel it soak into the back of your throat and sinuses and go to work on the virus. It feels like vapo-rub. Nice and hot. Real medicine. I'll do a drop every 20 minutes or so until the ill-feeling is gone - usually less than an hour! If you swallow it too fast and get a tummy-ache it will go away within 10 minutes or so. The goal is to let it absorb sublingually (through the mouth). You can also mix 5-8 drops into a cup of tea, but I don't bother.

4. Just to be on the safe side I might have 1 or 2 mouthfuls of 10-12 ppm ionic colloidal silver per day for 1 or 2 days. Hold or swish for several minutes to absorb sublingually then swallow slowly. Swallowing immediately can be more harmful to beneficial instestinal bacteria. If you drink a lot of silver, have some yogurt or other probiotic. One trick is to leave shredded cabbage on the counter for several days. Google "probiotic food" for more ideas.

This is far from an exhaustive list of therapies. I highly recommend you do your own extensive research on these and other subjects. It takes a lot of time and dedication to sort through all of the misinformation out there, but discovering the truth and being able to use what you learn is worth it. My favorite sites are CureZone, EarthClinic, Natural News, CancerTutor and of course Google where a few quick searches can give you a lot of information from both sides. (Be aware that big-pharma spreads disinformation all around the internet. Don't stop after reading a few discouraging comments. Think for yourself.)

Always consult your doctor... Yeah, right. Always educate yourself before accepting any treatment. If you must visit a doctor, try a naturopath - they're the only ones offering real solutions.
